Data Deletion Instructions

If you have contacted The Signature Kitchen and Bath through WhatsApp and you would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, please follow these steps.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to mohammad.suboh@skb.jo with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number you used to contact us on WhatsApp, so we can find your messages. You may also include your name.
3. Alternatively, send a WhatsApp message to our business number asking us to delete your data.

What we will delete

We will delete your phone number, profile name, WhatsApp messages, images and documents you sent, and the internal summaries and image descriptions created from them, from our systems and our staff mailboxes where reasonably possible.

What we may need to keep

We may keep limited information that we are required to retain by law, or that is needed for an open order, contract, warranty or payment record. In that case we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

Timing

We aim to confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Messages that are not the subject of a request are automatically deleted or anonymised after 12 months.
